باستخدامك تطبيق فاهم في متجرك على سلة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، إلى جانب شروط سلة وسياستها لمتجر التطبيقات.
الخدمة
يفهرس التطبيق منتجاتك المعروضة ويستبدل البحث في واجهة متجرك ببحث فوري يفهم اختلافات الكتابة العربية والمرادفات والأخطاء الإملائية، ويعرض لك إحصاءات البحث. يمكنك إيقافه من إعدادات التطبيق في أي وقت فيعود متجرك إلى البحث الافتراضي. لا يغيّر التطبيق شيئًا في منتجاتك.
دقة النتائج
نعمل لتكون النتائج أدق ما يمكن، لكن ترتيبها ومطابقتها تقديريان وتعتمد على بيانات منتجاتك (الأسماء والأوصاف والتصنيفات). قد تختلف بعض النتائج عما تتوقعه، ويمكنك تحسينها بالمرادفات.
الاشتراك والفوترة
تتم الفوترة والفترة التجريبية والتجديد والإلغاء عبر سلة وحسب سياساتها. عند انتهاء الاشتراك يعود متجرك تلقائيًا إلى البحث الافتراضي في قالبك.
توفر الخدمة
نسعى لتشغيل الخدمة باستمرار، لكن قد تتوقف مؤقتًا للصيانة أو بسبب أعطال لدى مزودي الخدمة أو سلة؛ وعندها يبقى البحث الافتراضي في قالبك متاحًا لعملائك.
حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». بالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو الأرباح الفائتة، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل التطبيق خلال الشهر السابق للمطالبة.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط وننشر التحديث على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

Terms of Use
By using Fahim in your Salla store you agree to these terms, alongside Salla's terms and App Store policies.
The service
The app indexes your visible products and replaces your storefront's search with instant search that understands Arabic spelling variants, synonyms and typos, and shows you search statistics. You can turn it off in the app's settings at any time and your store goes back to its default search. The app never changes your products.
Result accuracy
We work to make results as accurate as possible, but matching and ranking are estimates that depend on your product data (names, descriptions, categories). Some results may differ from what you expect; synonyms help you improve them.
Subscription and billing
Billing, trials, renewals and cancellations go through Salla under its policies. When a subscription ends, your store returns to its theme's default search automatically.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but it may pause for maintenance or because of problems at our providers or Salla; your theme's default search stays available to customers meanwhile.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the month before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the update here with its date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
